FAQs

Common questions

Do I need a permit to install a septic system in Texas?

Yes. New and replacement septic systems generally need a permit and an approved design before installation. We handle the design and guide you through the permitting process with your county.

What is the difference between a conventional and an aerobic septic system?

A conventional system uses a septic tank and a gravel drainfield. An aerobic system adds oxygen to the treatment tank for higher-level treatment and is commonly used in new construction, with drip or spray distribution.

Which areas do you serve?

The greater Houston area, including Houston, Magnolia, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Katy, Waller, Willis, Huntsville and College Station, across Harris, Montgomery, Waller, Fort Bend and San Jacinto counties.
